How Can We Help?

Granting Access to your Hubdoc account

If we are setting up Hubdoc for you, there is nothing that you need to do.  However, if you already have a Hubdoc account or prefer to sign up for it directly, we need you to provide us access so we can view the documents.


1. Log in to the Hubdoc Organization you would like to grant access to.
2. Select the gear icon in the top left corner of the account.
3. Click Users.
4. Click Invite A User and enter our email address (Jessica(at)floridavirtualbookkeeper…)
5. Select the Accountant/Bookkeeper role.
6. Click Sent Invite
