About Jessica Fox
I began working in corporate accounting in 2001 where I was mentored on the job by a CPA and completed a Bookkeeping certificate program at Miami Dade College in 2002. Since 2012, I have provided outsourced bookkeeping services for a variety of industries including nonprofit, service-based businesses, and freelance entrepreneurs.
I am an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, Xero-certified advisor specializing in service-based businesses and small non-profit organizations. I am a Pure Bookkeeping Certified licensee, member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB), and lifetime member of the Digital Bookkeepers Association (DBA). I receive continuing education throughout the year to stay up to date in the latest industry and cloud accounting technology developments.
I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed and wrote the book Bookkeeping Basics for Entrepreneurs, a straight-to-the-point guide to help you take the mystery out of your company's financials.
I have written training programs, skills assessments, and certification tests for bookkeepers. I also train and coach bookkeepers on best-practice bookkeeping, systems, and workflows.
In my spare time, I like to read, build LEGO, spend time with my family, and volunteer. I am based in Port St Lucie on the Treasure Coast of Florida where I live with my husband, 2 sons, 1 dog, and 1 cat but thanks to technology I am able to assist businesses located anywhere in the United States.
