Terms of Use for Recurring Payments

By providing your payment information on this website, you authorize Florida Virtual Bookkeeper LLC to charge your credit card provided for the amount and frequency provided in your accepted proposal and service agreement including one time costs, and for any other service charges as applicable per a Change of Service Order, invoice or email request from you.

You understand that this authorization will remain in effect until you cancel it in writing.  You agree to notify Florida Virtual Bookkeeper LLC in writing of any changes in your account information or termination of this authorization at least 15 days prior to the next billing date.

If your payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, you understand that the payment may be executed on the next business day.

You certify that you are an authorized user of this credit card or bank account and will not dispute these transactions with your bank or credit card company; so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization.
